I designed these hats for my boyfriend and me. A black and red check is iconic to our native state of Minnesota and I added some fair isle for a little Scandinavian touch. I used a Metallic yarn for the LumberJill version and there is an option to add in a heart detail if desired. The Lumberjack has instructions on how to add a brim. This is a pattern for two “sorta matching” his and her hats.
