Lunar is an asymmetric triangle shawl featuring alternating blocks of simple lace and garter stitch with stockinette ridges. It’s worked diagonally with one colour of sport weight yarn.
You can easily make your Lunar larger by working the pattern repeat until you reach your desired size.
YARN
2 skeins of De Rerum Natura Ulysse (100% merino wool; 185 m / 202 yds per 50 g). Shown in colour Ciel.
Or approximately 370 m / 404 yds of similar sport-weight yarn.
NEEDLES
Size 4.5 mm / US 7 needles. Always adjust needle size to obtain pattern gauge.
This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using an 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
