A warm, soft and colorful neckwarmer, a little longer in the front and in the back, so the cold wind won’t sneak in and the back of your neck will stay toasty, too: That’s “Lupino”, made of the cute little mini skeins out of “Silk Blend Fino” by Manos del Uruguay. What’s special about this cowl is that it is not worked in rounds, but in rows – the tubular shape is achieved without seaming nevertheless! With “Lupino” you will get the best of all knitting worlds: Squishy and easy garter stitch, a comfy cowl that is easy to wear and all of that without purling or seaming!
The name “Lupino” goes well with the chosen color combination – as the beautiful Lupinus flower does not only come in blue or purple, but sometimes also in bright pink!

I used one set of “Manos del Uruguay Fino Minis”, colorway Dorothea (available in Strickmich! Shop).

Der Clou: Dieser Cowl wird mit rechten Maschen hin- und her gestrickt. So bekommt man mit „Lupino“ das Beste aus allen Welten: Herrlich flauschiges kraus-rechts-Gestrick, die praktische Cowl-Form, und alles ohne linke Maschen oder Zusammennähen.
Der Name „Lupino“ passt zur gewählten Farbkombination – denn Lupinen gibt es nicht nur in Blau und Lila, sondern auch in Pink.
