This beginner-friendly triangular shawl uses the popular v-stitch crochet pattern. A self-striping yarn makes colorwork easy.

Teen/Adult: 46” (117 cm) wingspan x 32.5” (82.5 cm) spine.
Materials
King Cole Curiosity DK yarn (100% acrylic, 5.3 oz/150 g/524 yd/480 m) – 2 skeins in 2891 Purple Haze, or approximately 985 yd (900.5 m) in any light weight, self-striping acrylic yarn.
US Size G-6/4 mm crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge.
3 locking stitch markers.
Yarn needle.
Gauge
21 sts (7 v-st) in pattern = 4” (10 cm) across. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
