This pattern uses just one 50g ball of cotton yarn (using Debbie Bliss Eco-Baby, fairly traded, organic cotton).

The only crochet skills you require for this pattern are (using UK crochet terms):

• starting loop
• chain stitch
• double crochet (dc)
• treble crochet (tc)
• slip stitch

The photo tutorial shows a red wash cloth, as this enables easier viewing in the photo’s. I like to make these as Spa Wash cloths in white, wrapped with a lovely organic soap. These make ideal gifts.
