Lyle the Llama Toilet Roll Cover
Creating Lyle was a joy born from a conversation in my crochet class when we were reminiscing about the retro toilet roll covers that were made from dolls.
Do you remember them?
During the conversation, someone shared a pattern of a toilet roll cover and that started me off down the rabbit hole!
Lyle can be made as hairy as you’d like or you can leave him freshly shaved he’s cute either way.
As a bonus he holds 2 toilet rolls so is an automatic improvement to my Grandma’s Doll
Yarn used: Stylecraft Aran/Worsted weight 120-160m in two colours and a small amount of Black. I have also used Yarnsmiths Create in Aran.
12mm Safety Eyes and nose
Finished Llama will Measure approx 7.5” x 9” x 3.5”
Happy Hooking
