This shawl was designed specifically for the Crochet Designers Community on Facebook’s 2024 Cancer Awareness Pattern Hop and dedicated to my cousin Lynnette, who is currently going through Chemo for breast cancer. Blue is her favorite color and fitting for a comforting shawl.

MATERIALS
• Big Twist Value or any worsted weight #4 yarn
o One skein each of White, Sky Blue, Cornflower Blue, and Denim Blue
o Two skeins of Speckle Blues
• 6mm J-10 hook
• Ruler
• Scissors

PATTERN NOTES
• Chain 3 at the beginning of rows counts as a dc unless otherwise stated
• Chain 1 at beginning of rows does not count as a stitch
• Weave in ends as work progresses
• Shawl measures approx. 60 inches at widest point and 37 inches from top to bottom.
