Variations on a textured theme, the Lynton and Lynmouth sock pattern gives you the option to try two different style socks and techniques; choose from the short Lynton sock which starts from a folded picot cuff and uses a short row heel and toe, or knit the longer legged Lynmouth sock featuring a heel flap and gusset with shaped toe. Both patterns are included in this single download, and the lace pattern instructions are both charted and written.

Lynton socks:
Yarn A: Blooth; 1 skein for each size
Yarn B: Bell Heather; 2 skeins for each size
Note: For sizes S and M, if you are knitting a foot length of
UK 6 or shorter, you can use Yarn A for a contrast toe which
means you will only need one skein of Yarn B.
Lynmouth socks:
Yarn C: Bibble Bug; 2 skeins for each size

GAUGE
32 sts and 48 rows to 10cm / 4” over stocking stitch worked in
the round on 2.25mm needles after blocking.
1 pattern repeat at widest point of 10 sts = 2.5cm / 1” square.
Take time to check your gauge and adjust the needle size
accordingly to ensure an accurate finish.

PATTERN NOTES
• The stitch count fluctuates as you increase and decrease for
the cluster stitches, so only count stitches after completing
round 6 or 12 of the chart.
• Where only one number is given, this applies to all sizes.
• Left and right socks are worked identically.
