CONSTRUCTION:
This scarf starts at one end with a tubular cast on and ends on the other with a sewn or Italian bindoff. It is a sleeve with another sleeve mirrored onto it to create a double layer of scarf warmth. The i-cord laces are knit separate and woven // laced through after the main body is complete.
GAUGE:
21 stitches + 29 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
FIT:
Approximately 6.25” x 60”
MATERIALS:
MAIN YARN: Madeline Tosh ‘Tosh DK’ in colorway Glazed Pecan. 1 skein is 225 yrds // 205m. 3 skeins or 675 yrds // 615m needed.
CONTRAST COLORS: These are both used for lacing
CC1: Madeline Tosh ‘Tosh Sock’ in colorway Citrus. 1 skein is 395 yrds // 361m. 33 grms or 140 yrds needed.
CC2: Madeline Tosh ‘Tosh Sock’ in colorway Translation. 1 skein is 395 yrds // 361m. 8 grms or 35 yrds needed
