It is so hard to come up with something to knit for a man in the summer. Knitwear lends itself so well to women and kids’ clothing, but it is harder to find knitwear that a man will actually enjoy- at least it’s hard for me to find knitwear that my man will wear happily! It helps a lot when I can get him to give me ideas. This one came about after I had found a bumper sticker at a yarn store that I just had to have. All it says is “M1”. It seemed so appropriate to me! Especially with the four carseats sticking up in the view in the back window- and all the knitwear on those 4 little bodies in the carseats. So here is a man’s T-shirt that only a knitter will fully get the significance of.
