Apu is worked with a double strand throughout necklace. Work from the inside and outside of the ball or wind a second ball of equal weight. The entire ball of Apu was used for the necklace.

Finished measurements
Length – 70” (178 cm).
Width – ½” (1.3 cm).

Materials
— 1 Ball AMANO APU (25 grs), #1000 Pure White.
— Double pointed knitting needles, size 4 (3.5 mm)
or size to obtain gauge.
— Tapestry needle.
— Polyfil or scrap yarn in similar color for pod filling.

Gauge
20 sts = 4” (10.2 cm); 27 rows = 4” (10.2 cm) in St st with
a double strand of yarn.
