These are very nice fitting, double mittens, that pull apart for drying. Knit on the standard gauge 4.5 machine out of two strands of 2/16 acrylic. If you don’t have any 2/16 you can use 4 ply acrylic although if you are adding a fair isle pattern, pattern definition will be better with the two strands of 2/16.
