This shawl was inspired by the pattern from a scarf that my daughter gave me in San Francisco. I loved the open but not too open look of it, plus I received many compliments on it so I decided to try it in a larger size.
I used one skein of lace weight Wollmeise that I had no idea what to do with, and I think it worked out perfectly.
I used a standard gauge knitting machine, but I don’t think size matters as long as your machine has a forward holding function.

I’m not a pattern writer and I’m new to machine knitting so let me know if you run into any problems.
