Mackenzie's Stainless Steel Poncho
This pattern is available as a
free Ravelry download
I made this garment for my grandson when he was four years old and he brought it back to me when he was nine to have it enlarged for him. He still has it, tho he no longer wears it now, at 14. It’s easy to make, I used stash yarn. The Stainless Steel in the title refers to that indestructible acrylic yarn most everybody claims to hate. But you have to admit nothing wears like that! It survived two rowdy boys. But yarn choice as well as design features are your call. Here it is, have fun. Here it is, have fun. If you have any questions just keep in mind it’s been 13 years since I made this one!
