Mad and Immodest
Our FIRST Crochet Mad Ball pattern!! This is actually a rework of the Immodest cardigan, but with all the changes for the larger gauge of the Mad Balls.
I love little net cover-ups…and Mad Balls make them a great way to jazz up an outfit! This is a super quick and easy cardigan that you’ll be wearing in no time. You must block the pieces – there’s really no way around that. And don’t panic when they seem too small before blocking…they grow like crazy! In the past, I had used a contrast for the edging, but in this one, I just strategized my Mad Ball use so that I would end up with a darker color leftover. Either way is fine – the edging takes less than 100 yards – so maybe even a leftover in your stash will work if you don’t want to use the Mad Ball. And in case you were wondering - the model (my daughter) has put in a request for a few different colors of these - to go with lots of outfits. It was hard to get it off of her after the shoot!
You can find Mad Balls here! They now come with TEN knit patterns and 1 crochet pattern (this one)!
