This Mad Hatter’s Hat came about after my local yarn shop were having a window display themed to Alice in Wonderland. I couldn’t find a pattern that I liked or that was the size I wanted so designed this one.

The hat is 4 inches high and 4.5 inches in diameter at the brim. Its a combination of aran weight and double knit yarn but would work to almost anything bearing in mind the smaller hook sizes for the amigurumi to work and the hat to stand unaided.
