Mad Teapot Socks
Steaming teapots dance over this fun and fanciful sock. The sock begins with a picot cuff, lacy steam, and teapots are formed with cables, slipped stitches, and texture.
Mad Teapot Socks are part of the Curiouser & Curiouser Sock Collection which also include Mock Turtle Socks, Queen of Tarts Socks, and Caterpillar’s Advice Socks.
“There was a table set out under a tree in front of the house, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it; a Dormouse was sitting between them, fast asleep…”
The Hatter said, “‘It’s always six o’clock now.’
A bright ideas came into Alice’s head. ‘Is that the reason so many tea-things are put out here? she asked.
‘Yes, that’s it,’ said the Hatter with a sigh, ‘it’s always tea-time, and we’ve no time to wash the things between whiles.’”
Yardage approx. 360 (380, 400) yds
