I’m so excited to share my first ever doll pattern with you! I’m beyond shocked and honored that my Maddy doll pattern has been chosen as the official Nutshell Lane doll!

This pattern is worked from head to toe with no sewing! I strive to make my patterns as easy to understand as possible, so there are lots of helpful pictures included! These adorable dolls stand at 10” tall with a head circumference of about 14.5”

I’ve added an additional file for Alternate Arms that you crochet first and then sew on to your doll. Hopefully this will be helpful to those of you who are having trouble crocheting the arms directly on to the body. :)

Please note: Remember that the left leg is when you’re looking at the back of the doll. The pink stitch marker in the photo is the start of the left leg like the pattern says. If you continue on to the leg from the pattern, it should work out! The pattern for the legs is different though, so if you’re feet are coming out wrong, check to make sure you’re working on the correct leg! :)

** I use 12mm safety eyes on my Maddy Dolls

Why Maddy? Well Madalyn or “Maddy” is our oldest daughter, so it seemed only fit to name my first doll after her and make it a Kitty for her favorite animal! Our oldest, Tyler, knows anything and everything about dinosaurs. Hence my second doll from this pattern being a dinosaur. :)
