Sandal base measures 5 inch long x 2 ¾ inch wide (in my gauge, which is a little on the tight side, and using the following yarns). Pattern is in US crochet terms.

Materials:
1 skein light brown Worsted weight (I used Caron Simply Soft)
1 skein dark brown Worsted weight (I used Debra Norville Everyday Heathers in Cocoa)
1 skein in main color of your choice Worsted (I used salmon-colored Caron Simply Soft)
You will not need full skeins
3.5mm (US E4) crochet hook
Tapestry needle
2 buttons
