Madison's Hat
by Wendi Dunlap
Madison’s hat is a very very easy Fair Isle hat. The hats are made with bulky yarn so they knit up fast. And it’s fun, because the knitting changes so frequently. You keep saying to yourself “one more round… just… one… more…” because you want to see how the color pattern develops.
Pattern requires 2 colors and less than one skein of each color.
Yarn note
The pattern says “bulky yarn such as Lion Brand Wool-Ease or Lamb’s Pride Bulky” -- the reference is to Lion Brand Wool-Ease Chunky, not worsted weight Wool-Ease. You can probably knit this with worsted if you get the correct gauge, though.
Sizes
Baby Toddler, Child, Teen/Woman, Man
