Magic Mandala Tortoise Turtle
Be like a tortoise: comfy in your own colorful shell !
This PDF crochet pattern will guide you to crochet an amigurumi tortoise as shown in the pictures, in English, using US terms.
The tortoise’s body, legs, head and tail will be joined together as you go along; there will be hardly any sewing left to do !
Finished size will be approx. 6,5” (16 cm) tall, crocheted using acrylic yarn (8 ply / DK), and hook size E (3.5 mm). If you wish to make a larger or smaller version of this tortoise, you can just use thicker / thinner yarn and larger / smaller crochet hook. This pattern is also suitable for wool or cotton yarn.
Gauge is not important for this pattern; just work tight enough so your stuffing will not show through.
