Magical Mermaid Fingerless Mitts
This pattern is

This pattern is the magical result of numerous attempts, some were too bulky, some didn’t seem to fill out properly, some didn’t have the right amount of space between the shell spaces. Then one day… These emerged with just enough bulk, just enough scales, and just delicate enough on the bottom to balance the magical mermaid scales on top!
This rounds of this pattern are worked continuously so that the end of one round of crocodile stitches blends right into the next row, eliminating extra bulk at the beginning of each round. You should be familiar with the mechanics of the crocodile stitch before attempting this pattern (youtube can help!).
Have fun and be magical!
