Magnus
Magnus is such a fun knit! It’s worked with bulky yarn, so it’s a fast project, but the different pattern stitches keep it interesting to knit, and to fun wear. Instructions are given to make it with or without the hood.

Chest: 19 (20 ¼, 21 ¼, 22 ½, 23 ¾) 25, 27 ¼, 28 ½, 29 ¾ in – 48.5 (51.5, 54, 57, 60.5) 63.5, 69, 72.5, 75.5 cm

GAUGE
On US 10 – 6 mm needles per 4 in – 10 cm:
14 stitches and 22 rows in 2x2 rib
14 stiches and 22 rows in Magnus stitch
15 stitches and 30 rows in garter stitch
MATERIALS
US 9 – 5.5 mm circular needles and DPNs, or one size smaller than needles needed to obtain gauge.
US 10 – 6 mm circular and DPNs, or size needed to obtain gauge.
4 stitch markers, waste yarn and tapestry needle.
4 (4, 5, 5, 6) 6, 7, 8, 9, or number of your choice, large buttons.
Crochet hook if crocheting button loops.
