A wonderful winter accessory designed by my Little Guy, Magpie!

He wanted a stocking cap like Santa! It couldn’t be “too long” as he didn’t want it bothering his neck. It couldn’t be heavy like those other hats we tried on in the store. And Mom, it must have a POM POM to swish around. So here you have it, in every size for any head!

I have included 5 sizes to fit any head. I don’t think many heads will need the largest size but my Number 3 son does measure a 23” head and needs this size. Most kids, teens and adults will fit the 17” & 19” sizes perfectly.

The child you see pictured is a 5 yr old and is wearing the 17” size, but again we make large heads in this family as his head actually measures a little over 19”.

Your hat should always have negative ease so that it stays in place. That means it should be smaller than the head that will wear it.
