With full instructions on knitting a dolly with stripy tights, and jumper. She is dressed in her jolly yellow rain wear featuring a sou’ester and wellies and a removable raincoat ready to go splashing in puddles! The hat is sewn on.
The pattern is knitted flat and seamed afterwards.

The body and head are knitted in one piece from the bottom up. The raincoat is knitted in one piece from the top down with only sleeve seams to be sewn.

The pattern is easy if you are able to do basic knit and purl stitches. Keep to an even tension for a smooth appearance. If you are a loose knitter either use a smaller needle or a thicker yarn. In this case I would suggest aran or worsted. The doll measurements may knit up slightly larger over all.

Scraps of black and pink for eyes and mouth
Toy safety filling
3 small buttons for the raincoat

Notions required
3mm knitting needles
Optional 3mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
