Maillie is knitted in the round.

If using the stranded colorwork technique you will need less than a ball of each yarn, in two colors. This pattern has detailed written instruction, photos and chart for the stranded colorwork.

The suggested yarn is optional, you can use whichever you prefer. Depending on the the yarn, the size of Maillie will change slightly.

The gauge will vary with the yarn used.
