These delightful elephants are so low sew you won’t believe it!
Beginner to intermediate friendly with instructions and pictures to follow.
There are instructions for the ears for building on a surface crochet or to do the ear and then sew it on.
With embroidered eyes and no flower they will make the perfect baby shower gift!

You can make the whole thing NO SEW if you’re feeling adventurous and crochet the trunk in the round but I prefer sewing the trunk on once I know where the eyes are!

I used the new Marshmallow yarn by Mojadream and a 5.5 mm hook. This design was actually a test of their yarn and I found it to be very much like Big Twist Posh only softer. It is very easy to work with and the results are beautiful!

I used 30 mm safety eyes and a little bit of fur yarn for the fuzzy clover.

They are about 12” tall.

You need pipe cleaners for the trunk. I used 2 pieces and folded it in thirds.
