Make it Your Own is your grab and go wrap for this winter. Stash bust with your worsted weight yarn or go get your two favorite colors. Knit on the bias, you get to choose your sequence. Work the pattern as presented or simply print the three pages with images, lay them in the order you like and cast on.

Pattern is laid out to help you visualize the sequence your wrap will take. The 9 pattern sections can be worked in any order and you can stop and start on any right side row.

If you find the gauge is too loose, you might consider going down one needle size. However, this may result in a narrower wrap. If you choose to add a repeat to compensate, it will take some creative math.

Some thoughts on yarns:
Any worsted or aran weight yarn will work. If you love textured patterns in solid colors, assign the solid to the single color patterns. A speckle or heavily variegated yarn will work very well in the two color sections. One sample used 4 different yarns and just stopped each section as the yarn was used.

If you are looking for a step by step pattern, you can follow the patterns exactly as they appear.

If you are looking for something more random, cut the patterns apart and draw them from a hat.

It would be possible to make this a scarf using the same pattern sequences with fingering weight yarn. The pattern does not include modifications but at half the gauge, do each pattern sequence twice, or to desired length resulting in a 8” wide scarf!
