makeone Leafy Bolero
Leafy Bolero Knitting Pattern
Email
The Leafy Bolero pattern was inspired by a pensive walk through the changing, falling leaves in Boston. Or I just really like knitting leaves. Either way.
The Bolero is worked in Cascade Pastaza for superior stitch definition, and it’s just a little sparkly, making it perfect for dressing up a tank top and jeans while keeping bare shoulders snuggly warm.
It’s worked in the round from the bottom up, so there’s only a seams to sew in the underarms. You have several options with this one – it wouldn’t be a makeone pattern without flexibility! You can adjust the length from super-cropped to hip length, place one button beneath the bust, or you can add more buttons for full closure.
