Both ends of Mershon’s blanket are worked in a crochet slip stitch (through the back loop) in golden SILK GARDEN SOLO Tomioka. These borders, almost woven in appearance, bookend the body’s stripes of silver Shiroi and light blue Dazaifu, that flow in a simple single crochet/chain one pattern. Contrasting silver tassels at the golden ends contribute to a festive air.
