Mallow Shawl is a top down crescent shaped shawl inspired by a vintage doily pattern from Herbert Niebling called Copritavolo (= tablecloth). Renamed for the flower it resembles it has modernized proportions and a new edge.
Finished size of gradient sample (Farbmasche Silk/Linen 400) is 176cm/68inches along neckline, 71cm/28inches deep.
Finished size of green sample (Dye Diana Dye PurBamboo{hl}) is 140cm/55inches along neckline 61cm/24inches deep.
Due to the complexity of the design this pattern is for experienced knitters only.
