This is a crochet pattern for a set of two small stuffed birds. The pattern will be supplied to you in PDF format and will give instructions for making birds like the ones shown in the photo.

The pattern will include directions for making both the original pocket bird (Mama) and the smaller Baby bird. It calls for a small amount of DK or sport weight yarn and a 4mm crochet hook (US size F or G) to make a mama about three or four inches tall and a baby about two inches tall.

The pattern has been tested and is suitable for beginners. You should be comfortable crocheting in continuous rounds and working with relatively small pieces.
