Mama and Me Fingerless Mitts
This is an easy beginner pattern to knit yourself and your kiddo a matching set of fingerless mitts. This pattern walks you through knitting a Child and Adult set of mitts, in the round, using circular needles.
I love wearing fingerless mitts in the Fall and Winter, so I created this custom pattern that includes a simple thumb gusset for comfort and fit. And you know when mama finished up a knit project, the kiddos want one too! So here is a set of “one size fits most” mitts for you and your little one.
Samples shown knit using HEY LADY HEY Worsted Weight in “Crushed”. A single 220 yard/125 gram skein will knit a Child and Adult Mitt set! Any HEY LADY HEY Worsted Weight yarn can be used.
Sizing: One size fits most for Child (Adult)
Fits Hands: 5-6” (7-9”) around widest part of hand
Needles: US #6 / 4mm 40” Circular Needle for Magic Loop Method
Notions: Measuring tape, stitch markers, darning needle, waste yarn, scissors
