Knit from the bottom up, with drop shoulder sleeves and a lapel/collar. This long jacket-style cardigan is lightweight in linen/cotton, or it can be made in wool for more warmth.
The only seams are at the shoulders and there are no buttons or buttonholes.
It is a nice roomy sweater with 3”/7.5cm of ease.
