Managing Your Flamingo
“The chief difficulty Alice found at first was in managing her flamingo … Alice soon came to the conclusion that it was a very difficult game indeed.” - Alice in Wonderland
Few, but large cables produce an intricate pattern in this design. Maybe not as difficult as you thought!
The gloves come in sizes Women’s XS[S, M, L, XL] to fit hand circumferences above thumb of 17[18, 19, 20, 21.5]cm / 6⅝ [7⅛, 7½, 7⅞, 8½]“.
The design has a lot of negative ease (around 4cm / 1½”) to open the cable pattern.
Shown in main picture in size Women’s S.
The instructions are mainly written, only the cable pattern is charted.
Available as a combined pattern (eBook) with the fingerless mitts version Puzzled.
With lots of thanks to my wonderful test knitters!
