170622: There is now an updated version of this pattern available for free on my blog. the updated pattern does not have the problem with the flaring edges. There is a link to the updated pattern in the post on this one.

My placemats came out 37 cm (or 14,5 inches).

I used 4 colours for my place mats, but you can use as few or as many as you want. I forgot to write down exactly how much yarn I used but 3 balls each of 4 colours should definitevly be more than enough for 4 placemats!

Anyone making them, please give me a more exact yarn usage and I will update!

And if you find any errors or something not undersntandable please let me know so I can fix it!
