Man's Socks
Hand-made socks were a 1950s staple, always knit in a fine, durable wool/nylon sock yarn. This four-needle style features subtle purl-stitch chevrons and traditional patterning.
Instructions are written for man’s size Medium (10.5-11.5).
Materials
2 50g balls (each approximately 222yd/205m) of Stahl Wolle/Tahki Stacy Charles, Inc. Socka.
One set (4) size 1 (2.25mm) needles dpn or size to obtain gauge
Stitch markers
Gauge
36sts and 42 rnds/rows to 4”/10cm over stocking stitch using size 1 (2.25mm) needles.
