As I was working on the Manuscript Vest, I described it to a friend as a “soft, slouchy, wrap-y, vest-y thing.” I don’t know if I can improve upon that description; the vest is intended to be cozy and comfortable, the kind of thing you imagine snuggling into before sitting down to have a cup of cocoa and read a good book in front of a roaring fire, if you had the time and inclination to actually that sort of thing.

I recommend choosing a size which is a few inches larger than your actual bust size; this garment is designed to be loose and slouchy.
