This outfit is perfect for touristing. It has all the cute details, plus some challenging added extras. Make sure to add some pretty accent colors. This pattern is suitable for a confident intermediate knitter. Top is knit from the top down, trimmed with Latvian braids and a narrow lace at the hems. The bloomers are worked from the waist down and flat. Buttons in the back make it easy to put on. Simple seams close them up at the center back and crotch. Drawstrings gather the legs.
