Mapala Sweater Mohair Edition is worked seamlessly top down with double thread and a round yoke. The high neckline is worked with a provisional cast on, folded to the sweaters wrong side and knit together at the cast on edge. The neckline is shaped with short rows. For the ribbing in different lengths, the body is divided into front and back piece. The sleeves are worked in the round.

Note: Choose your circular needle for the ribbing at the neckline, so that it is not stretched, when knitting in the round. If too much tention is applied to the stitches during knitting, the neckline may become too wide despite the exact number of stitches.

Knit a gauge swatch first and adjust needle size, if necessary.

Der Mapala Sweater Mohair Edition wird zweifädig nahtlos von oben nach unten mit einer Rundpasse gestrickt.
Das hohe Halsbündchen wird zunächst provisorisch angeschlagen und dann nach innen geklappt und an der Anschlagkante zusammengestrickt.
Der Ausschnitt wird mit verkürzten Reihen geformt. Für die unterschiedlich langen Saumbündchen werden Vorder- und Rückenteil geteilt und separat gearbeitet.
Die Ärmel werden in Runden gestrickt.

1 Häkelnadel 5 mm

Hinweis: wähle deine Rundnadel für das Halsbündchen so aus, dass das Bündchen beim Stricken in der Runde nicht gedehnt wird. Kommt beim Stricken zu viel Spannung auf die Maschen, kann das Bündchen trotz exakter Maschenzahl zu weit werden.
Stricke zuerst eine Maschenprobe und passe die Nadelstärke gegebenenfalls an.
