Mar bag was originally born from the first crochet swap in which we participated. The friend who received the gift from Isa wrote among her tastes that she loved the sea (‘mar’ in spanish) and the color blue (also her name is María del Mar). That inspiration is the source of the Mar bag that becomes the perfect summer accessory, a bag with the perfect size both for going to the beach and for a walk around the city/town.
The bag is crocheted as a spiral (so no chains are made at the beginning of the rounds) in a single piece to which the braided handles are then attached.

El bolso mar nació del primer intercambio ganchillero en el que participamos. La amiga a la que tenía que regalar Isa escribió entre sus gustos que le encantaba el mar y el color azul (además su nombre es María del Mar). De esa inspiración nace el bolso mar que se convierte en el complemento veraniego perfecto, un capacito con el tamaño perfecto tanto para ir a la playa como para dar una vuelta por la ciudad/pueblo en cuestión.
El patrón está tejido en espiral (es decir, no se realizan cadenetas de subida) en una única pieza a la que luego se le unen las asas trenzadas.
