I have started a new 6“ series for you. All squares are named and inspired by some great female musicians. While designing the squares, I listened to their music. For me, music is connecting people around the world just like crocheting. You just can understand it everywhere. That’s what I really love by both of them. And if you like, you can hear to their songs while working the squares. We start with ‘Mar Azul’ – named after a song of the great morna singer Cesaria Evora from the Capverdian Islands.
