This pattern is based on a cowl my friend has that I love. My pattern for Erin’s Cabled Cowl was my first attempt at replicating it, but this one is much closer to the original.

I used bulky yarn for this, but you can really do it however you want. If you want to use thinner yarn but keep the width, increase your cast on in increments of 7.
