This elegant yet practical cardigan takes inspiration from the straight intersecting lines of Art Deco architecture and shows how simple techniques can be used to great effect. The result is a classic piece with a subtle nod to vintage styling that looks perfectly at home in a modern wardrobe. The clean lines of ribbing down the front and back of the cardigan and knitted folds at the waist are also reminiscent of the intricate pleating and fabric manipulation that was a distinctive feature of 1920s fashion.
