Margaret Creek
Margaret Creek is a drop-shoulder sweater worked seamlessly from the top down. Saddle shoulders in a contrasting color continue into the sleeves and add a racing stripe effect. Before the bottom ribbing, a band of Twisted ZigZags grows out of the stockinette fabric.
My mum asked me to design a comfy sweater for her --- a relaxing knit but not too boring. And Margret Creek is my answer! My mum loves her new sweater and she had fun modelling it. The contrasting saddle shoulders allow you to play with color and use a beautiful variegated yarn. Because we all have this one colorful skein in our stash, right?
Its comfy fit and short sleeves make Margaret Creek a great layering piece to snuggle up in!
