Margarita, the sea is beautiful and the breeze carries a subtle scent of orange blossom,” begins Rubén Darío’s poem, “Margarita Debayle,” which my mother recited to me at bedtime. This sweater, named Margarita, is inspired by the poem’s imaginative journey and my mother’s soothing voice. Adorned with delicate pearls, it captures the simplicity and elegance of those cherished childhood memories. - Claudia
