The design creates an open and airy fabric in a modified daisy stitch that looks beautiful in yarn weights from lace to fingering. It looks fantastic beaded as well.

This shawl is a half hexagon and measures 66” across with a 22” spine. It begins with a traditional garter tab cast on. The modified daisy stitch is simple and is what gives this piece its texture.
