Zum Geburtstag meiner Tante Margit wollte ich für sie ein Tuch aus meiner handgefärbten Wolle entwerfen, denn dies sind genau ihre Farben. Heraus kam ein sehr großes, asymmetrisches Dreieckstuch und nach Margits Aussagen ist es super kuschelig – und natürlich mußte das Tuch ihren Namen bekommen.
Damit es nicht langweilig beim stricken wird, besteht das Tuch „Margit“ aus unterschiedlichen Mustern - somit ist hier für Abwechslung gesorgt.

For the birthday from my aunt Margit, I wanted to make a shawl made of my hand-dyed wool for her, because these are exactly her colors. The result was a very large, asymmetrical scarf and, according to Margit, it is super cuddly - and of course the scarf had to get her name.
The scarf “Margit” is worked with different patterns - thus there is variety at knitting.
