This pattern is knitted with a blend of alpaca-silk and tweed yarns, and features women’s national costume motifs on half of the body. It was inspired by one of Tailor Debe’s stories about a banished lady-in-waiting who had to flee to the Faroe Islands when the queen of Denmark was imprisoned in 1772.
