This fingerless mitten pattern is the third in the Jewel Garden collection in collaboration with One of a Kind Yarns. The first 2 patterns in the collection, the Muscari cowl and Marigold Beanie are available for download in my store.

The Marigold flower has a beautiful deep red center with yellow edges. The sample made in jewel colours Ruby and Citrine, reminded me of this special flower.

The pattern is written for a medium female adult hand size (±19cm hand circumference), with directions to make it smaller or larger. Each mitten is worked sideways as a single piece, with the thumb created by short rows. Slip stitching and a decorative border finishes off each mitten.

Skill level: Intermediate

Gauge: With 3.5mm hook, 22 sc over 26 rows = 10x10cm

Materials: 40gr (main colour) & 10gr (contrasting colour) fingering weight yarn
